Registration form: full name, email, country, institution and position, participant category. Proposal form: full name, email, country, institution and position, academic degree, theme, title and outline of the presentation, presentation language.
Purpose
Registering participants, building the programme, communicating with participants and replying to enquiries.
Where it is stored
On the server that hosts this website and in the Organising Committee’s mailbox. A copy of each submission is emailed to the person who sent it.
